Exclusive Private Charters of our 6 passenger balloon cost £880 TOTAL. This is a great opportunity to experience the magic of ballooning exclusively. So if you are thinking of popping the question or simply want to treat someone very special, then this could be the option for you!

Each passenger receives a Gift Voucher and Flight Pack. Gift Vouchers are valid for one flight within one year of the issue date stated (we can forward date Vouchers to special occasions). Alternatively you can book specific dates at the booking stage.

We fly people of all age groups; we generally recommend however, that children are accompanied by an adult. For more information, please contact us.

Please note that we do not include champagne as part of the package however, you are more than welcome to bring your own and we will supply the glasses.

First Flight Certificates are available on request after your flight.

Booking a flight

You can book a flight over the phone using any major credit or debit card. Simply contact us on 01635 201007. There is nearly always someone here to take your call. Feel free to contact us if you would like to know more about ballooning - we are always happy to help and you will rarely be met with an answer-phone. 

Alternatively contact us using the details below and we will send you an information pack including a booking form that you can fill in at your leisure.

Alternatively click here and complete a booking form immediately.  Once completed you can Email it to us directly or you can print it out and fax or post it to us. All bookings are dealt with immediately and you will usually receive your vouchers by the next working day.

• Full payment is required to make a reservation or to purchase a gift voucher
• Payments are non-refundable
• Substitute passengers will be accepted if notified in writing at least one week prior to the flight
• In the event of the flight being cancelled because of the weather conditions you will be offered an alternative date
• Floating Sensations Ltd., cannot be held liable for any inconvenience, loss or expense however caused
• The pilot in command shall have final authority over the duration and conduct of the flight.
• No refunds will be made for flights of less than one hours duration. You will not be charged extra should the flight run to over one hours duration
• We reserve the right to specify the time, date and location for the flight
• It is not permitted to smoke on board, or near, the balloon
• It is contrary to the Air Navigation Order to drink, or be drunk, in a balloon
• Pregnant women are not permitted to fly
• The pilot in command may refuse carriage to any person who he feels may be especially at risk or a liability to the safe operation of the flight
• Passengers are reminded that it is very important to listen to, and comply with, the briefings the pilot will give before and during the flight
• All bookings are valid for one year from the booking date and must be taken before the end of the validity period
• Floating Sensations Ltd will offer complimentary transportation back to the launch site only.
