Full payment is required to make a reservation or to purchase a gift voucher
Payments are non-returnable
Substitute passengers will be accepted if notified in writing at least one week prior to the flight
In the event of the flight being cancelled because of the weather conditions you will be offered an alternative date
Floating Sensations Ltd., cannot be held liable for any inconvenience, loss or expense however caused
The pilot in command shall have final authority over the duration and conduct of the flight.
No refunds will be made for flights of less than one hours duration. You will not be charged extra should the flight run to over one hours duration
We reserve the right to specify the time, date and location for the flight
It is not permitted to smoke on board, or near, the balloon
It is contrary to the Air Navigation Order to drink, or be drunk, in a balloon
Pregnant women are not permitted to fly
The pilot in command may refuse carriage to any person who he feels may be especially at risk or a liability to the safe operation of the flight
Passengers are reminded that it is very important to listen to, and comply with, the briefings the pilot will give before and during the flight
All bookings are valid for one year from the booking date and must be taken before the end of the validity period
Floating Sensations Ltd will offer complimentary transportation back to the launch site only
